Jobs and Resources

As part of our Fair and Healthy Jobs mission area, we aim to help UC Berkeley students identify pathways to careers in food systems. Beyond growing or preparing food, these pathways might lead to jobs in technical assistance, food policy, value-based supply chains, community advocacy, education, and so on.

BFI Jobs and Fellowships

Food Systems Opportunities Newsletter

During the academic semester, we send out a weekly BFI Food Systems Opportunities Newsletter to help you keep track of recent food-related opportunities on and off campus. These include full-time and part-time jobs, fellowships and internships, volunteer opportunities, open grants, workshops and food systems courses, and more. Food Systems Career Pathways

Our food system operates better when we have well trained, well compensated, adaptable, and motivated workers. Since 2017, we have hosted annual career panels to connect our campus community to various career pathways in food systems. Our career pathways programs have also included resumé review nights, farm tours, career fairs, and more.
